Soooo you guys....I MADE TACOS!!!!!
If you don't know (you should) I have a foodstagram @domsinnerfoodie where I post my yummy food whether I'm at a restaurant with bae, or at home chefing in the kitchen. This week I made shrimp tacos and they were sooooo delicious and SUPER affordable/easy to prepare! Here's my yummy recipe:
Ingredients for shrimp marinade:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
lime and minced garlic *optional and to your discretion
flour OR corn tortillas
Ingredients for toppings:
Red cabbage (shredded is easiest)
1-2 Avocado
Cilantro
Chopped red onion
Garlic and lime **to your discretion
Crushed red pepper *optional, but this gives it spice that I LOVE.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin by mixing your marinade ingredients and saturating your deveined shrimp in the bowl. Let it sit for a moment while you prepare your toppings.
2. Chop all of your toppings and put them in the refrigerator to stay fresh as you prepare your shrimp!
3. Pan sear your shrimp over medium-high until cooked through, and warm tortillas in another pan.
4. Top your yummy tacos and enjoy!!!!!
