Why I Decided to Create The 100 Day Challenge

Good morning you guys!
Many of you have seen my Instagram posts (@yvungdom) as I have been promoting my 100 day fitness challenge. I decided that I would make this a group effort after multiple messages asking me exactly how I lost 17 pounds in 100 days last summer, 2017!
WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE??
Myself and the 20 young ladies that I have chosen, have formed a group chat as a tool for motivation and support during our 100 day fitness journey. The challenge includes cutting out red meat, cow milk, sugary snacks, white starchy foods, and fast food (with the exception of 1 cheat meal per week) and committing ourselves to going to the gym/working out EVERY.SINGLE.DAY for ONE.HUNDRED.DAYS. Crazy, right?
Sometimes you need a lil crazy to get results!
Last summer I lost 17 lbs, and 4 inches off of my waist doing exactly this! I encourage everyone to try it no matter if you try for a week, a month, or the whole 9! You WILL see results!!!!!
It's super special that I get to share my passion for health with the 20 others who are sticking to this journey with me. Speaking into others is also a passion of mine; I pray to be a light in the lives of everyone I come into contact with and creating this challenge gives me the chance to do exactly that. Not only do I strive to make this challenge life changing for our physique, but also for the mind, because positive energy converts to positive action.. and positive action manifests into positive outcomes (like reaching our fit goals and being bad-asses in life OKKKK)
Today begins Day 1 of 100.
I am so excited to start this road to being super fit and super healthy!
