Banana-Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl!

What you need:
-2 kiwi (or however many you’d like)
-1 1/2 or 2 bananas
-2 cup spinach
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-strawberry yogurt (optional!)
-blackberries
-1 cup frozen mixed berries
-2 tbsp chia seed
-half scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
What you do:
Blend together 1 kiwi, 1 banana, 2 cup spinach, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 tbsp chia, almond milk, yogurt and protein powder(optional).
*if you’d like it a bit more chilled add a lil ice! I added 3 or 4 cubes, and I also freeze my yogurt in an ice tray so I used one cube of yogurt as well.
Once blended, pour into bowl and add your other kiwi, banana, blackberries, the rest of your seeds and almond nuts! DAS IT. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This smoothie is PERFECT for post-workouts, as it is roughly 630 calories (a whole meal), and a high source of protein (~22g), fiber (~25g) healthy fats ~16g (nuts and such), vitamin A,C, iron, potassium and all the good sugar & carbs you love in fruits without the artificial junk. Its also very affordable with the most expensive ingredient (aside from optional protein powder) being the spinach (5$ lol)
