Its been 9 months since I began getting back to my healthy ways of diet/exercise. I didn't do this w/ the intentions of losing weight at all, I rlly just wanted to start treating my body right again bc the college meal life was/is a struggle and the lack of nutrition began affecting me both physically and mentally. Nonetheless, after 7 months of pescatarian dieting and 9 months without red meat, cow milk, dairy ice cream, soda, white sugars/bread/starches, donuts, store bought snacks/candy, etc etc etc etc.... I'm 25+ lbs lighter, have 13x the energy and I feel sooooooo good. This the best comparison I have from where I was 10 months ago (blue dress), but just to show you healthy lifestyles are beneficial and your body will love you for it! I can honestly say I'm addicted to eating healthily again & can't nobody tell me NATHANNNNN. 🗣
