Procrastination is my WEAKNESS!

One habit I would definiltey want to change about myself (other than the really weird habit of eating the lipstick off of my lips every application) would be to not procrastinate soooooo badly!
Some tips for those who share my struggle are as listed:
1. PURCHASE A PLANNER! No matter how much you think you won't use it, get into the habit of writing and prioritizing all of your plans so that you will follow through with them.
2. MAKE A PLAN: list your to-dos in order of most important to least, and do the top priority tasks first!
3. Sleep....you need adequate rest so that you can avoid fatigue (a huge hinderance when it comes to getting things done)
4. Start your day with a healthy breakfast. You don't understand the importance of this meal and how vital it is to stay focused and energized to complete daily tasks!
5.Treat yo self. You took 2-5 hours out of every day for a week to study for a test and do well? Go get you some ice cream or a new pair of shoes! You deserve it!
I'm becoming a so much better in time management and procrastination is not as bad of an issue for me, but I'm still guilty at times.
Everybody has bad habits, get a game plan together and BREAK FREE!
